We’re flexible. So that you can be too.

The future of work has already begun with us. We leave it to you to work wherever you are most productive. From 100 percent in-office to 100 percent remote, everything is possible with us. Where you want to work is up to you. Of course, we provide you with a fully equipped, modern workplace in our Düsseldorf headquarters or our Berlin branch, which include attractive meeting rooms, state-of-the-art office infrastructure and islands of creativity. But if you’d rather work with your team from elsewhere, that’s no issue either. We offer you the option of working 100 percent remotely, with no ifs or buts. As an aside, most colleagues have currently opted for an 80/20 solution: working outside the office for four days while working in-office one day a week, meeting their team, being creative together and then diving back into the calm of working from home to implement their work. That’s how we live modern working.

More freedom, more free time

You can also work remotely with us in the context of a workation. This allows you to go on trips – including longer ones; simply put your laptop in your luggage and work at your holiday destination within the framework we’ve agreed beforehand. We also give you special holidays: For every official public holiday that falls on a weekend, we’ll credit you with an additional day of holiday.

EQUIPMENT

A publicplanner and proud of it: That’s why we have various high-quality merchandising items which we’ll provide you with, from a laptop bag to a t-shirt. You’ll also be provided with a monitor, mouse and keyboard for your home workplace – of course, put together according to your wishes (see desired equipment).

Flexibility

To ensure life and work remain in harmony. Your working hours with us? Flexible. Your start to the working day? Variable. Your hours per week? It’s just a matter of arranging them. To put it plainly, this means publicplan does, of course, offer flexible working hours, flexitime and the opportunity to work part time.

Further training

Where do you want to go? We’ll develop your individual further training plan and finance two external training courses per year. Every month, there will also be inspiring impulses in our unique in-house GovExpedition as well as regular in-house training sessions.

Team spirit

Only together we are strong. We make sure all’s well in our crew in both professional and personal terms. We rely on fully self-organised teams who implement their (sub-)projects under their own responsibility. And once a quarter, everyone who wants to will fly into our famous and infamous team events – sometimes digitally, sometimes on site, but always with plenty of space for exchange. Our GovExpedition is also a great launch pad for even more cohesion.
