Your tasks
- You have the interests of our customers and management on your radar for each of the sub-projects that you are responsible for both technically and commercially.
- Backlog, epics, user stories: your Scrum toolbox is well stocked so that you can safely guide your cross-functional team from sprint to sprint.
- You know the course: you regularly coordinate your roadmap with your team lead as well as internal and external stakeholders. Thanks to your skillful project management, you also announce your resource requirements at an early stage.
- You regularly bring the stakeholders on board regarding the project status. To do this, you prepare and conduct planning, refinements, reviews and customer workshops and take care of the follow-up.
Requirements
- You are a CSPO, PSPS, IPMA or IREB-certified Product Owner (m/f/d) and have gained extensive practical experience because you have worked in this role for at least three years after completing your degree in business informatics or training in the IT sector.
- You are already familiar with the world of public administration thanks to previous projects.
- With your solution-oriented way of working and your pronounced service and customer orientation, you can effortlessly keep your projects on track.
- In addition to your friendly and engaging manner, you have professional-level knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Office. You also speak very good German and English.
